If you really want to watch something decent skip everything after Indigo, except

The Sinnoh League episodes.

Find a guide for XY non-filler episodes. This season has more quality than previous ones and Ash could become champion.

If you're skipping entire seasons, only DP, XY and maybe the Battle Frontier arc of AG is really worth it. As for skipping fillers, refer to this page:
