Realistically this shouldn't have to rely on X-Scissor and Poison Jab as its strongest moves. It should be able to get Gunk Shot and Megahorn if Greninja and Escavalier get those.
Weedle's got a goddamned horn bigger than Spinirak's or Goldeen's.
Alternatively, a bug and poison flavored Close Combat would fit super well design wise for it.
Double alternatively, I'll take Attack Order. It's not like Vespiquen is using it.
