>>27565032Jesus, you're an idiot, lad. I don't have any personal tastes or preferences expressed here and I've already explained that. You're spouting hard irony and pure autism. I've literally finished one non-Pokemon jrpg in my entire life and it had no carbuncles in it at all.
Good is an objective term, definitively and literally none of your other greentexts are even close to actually quoting anything from my post.
Architecture is an entirely unrelated field, too, pal. I'm a career artist and I spent 7 years in three different design colleges so I outrank you on relevant credentials by a wide margin.
>Tell me more about why any referential design is good design by natureYou seriously don't know anything, do you?
A design's job is to communicate something. Pokemon communicate the real life things they are anologues of because the entire plot and concept behind Pokemon is that it is a hyperbole adventure through regions had by child protagonists who grow up in the process.
The monsters are required to fully convey the ideas they are based on - like anything properly design definitively needs to.
Literally the best thing about Pokemon are the absolutely amazing, meticulous designs of both the regions and the Pokemon themselves and it's laughable that an adult isn't able to process these surface level, intuitive designs. Holy shit.
