What current games are you going through?
Currently i'm playing the Storm Silver hack for Soul Silver and my team is pic related, i started with totodile and benched it as soon as i got the eevee.
This hack is pretty good and challenging so far, took me a while to get through the sprout tower.
As for my team i just picked up pokemon i like and I'm going from there
