Wobbufett is arguably the most annoying Pokémon, sure, in GSC you could just fled, but in ADV was almost a death sentence.
Scizor wasn't that good in Gen II nor Gen III. Hell, even in DP wasn't that good. It got Bullet Punch by Platinum.
Kingdra is good. Not amazing, but good.
Celebi isn't even usable in sanctioned formats so left the little onion out of this.
Suicune and Tyranitar are arguably the best Pokémon from Gen II.
