I think it will be the one with Mega Evolution, the one the games have been taking place in since FRLG.
Trading across dimensions with Yellow version will be what inspires Bill to create the Time Capsule in GSC. And because the HGSS Bill never had that experience, the Time Capsule was absent in those games.

Mr Bonding is created in ORAS.

A swimmer says he will swim to Kalos in ORAS and says he swam from Hoenn in XY.

What pisses me off is that they were making both of these at the same time, but they still made them contradict.

There are three universes

The one with mega evolution
The one without mega evolution
The primitive one

EVERYTHING IS THE SAME BUT MEGAS AND FAIRY TYPE.
The primitive one has the gen1-2 games.

PERIOD.

Alola must take place in the mega universe bc fairy type, unless megas are removed, then alola take place in the non-mega universe.
