These two are getting Alolan Formes and their types are
Rock/Steel for Solrock
Rock/Ghost for Lunatone

How would you change their stat distribution (Maintaining 440 BST), movesets, and abilities to make them somewhat viable?

How about Steel/Psychic for Solrock and Rock/Ghost for Lunatone? That way they both have one "Solid" type (Rock/Steel) and one special type (Psychic/Ghost)

That would make Solrock the exact same type as the Sun Legendary, besides, Solrock is more physically oriented anyway.
