Ring Target allows the holder to be attacked hurt by moves it would normally be immune to. If Cofagrigus had it equipped in that example, it would take neutral damage from Scratch.

I had to edit Tackle's power and Cofagrigus into a Deoxys-D with base 145 defense because Scratch and Ring Target don't exist in Showdown's damage calc. I assumed beneficial natures and maxed EVs and IVs.

That's it with 255 attack. The calculator doesn't go past 255.
