I'm running a tabletop session in a custom Pokemon world, with quantum mechanics themes. The region is based very loosely on Germany.

I'm here to ask for input on gym leaders and elite four, as well as reoccurring NPCs. They should be pg-13 and in line with the game or anime series for tone.
