because you need to not be retarded nigger. they had events for that shit. I have multiple legit legendaries of every event pokemon because of those things. the only one I don't have yet (because there hasnt been an a event for it) is Vlcanion

Jirachi was given out via internet a couple months ago. Sucks to be you, Anon? In fact there have been a few times Jirachi has been distributed over Wi-Fi and only a single instance where it was GameStop. As it stands when Meloetta come, Arceus is the only Pokemon never to be given away via Wi-Fi.

you can't trade from gen 3 to gen 4. you can trade from gens to up to 3 but it stops after that
