Flygon doesn't really need a mega anyway. The damn thing would OU viable if it only had Quiver Dance and +10 BST on it's special attack. It has stuff Garchomp would kill for like reliable recovery and resists every hazard in the game. It just needs to be a specially oriented sweeper to truly shine.
