>>27656099Since most pokemon have shown sentience similar or on par or even surpassing that of humans, there probably are laws that go by the Harkness law which consists of three laws/criteria:
1. The creature must be sentient like on par with a human
2. The creature must be able to communicate with a form of advanced sounds aka languages
3. The creature must be at the an age of consent and be sexually mature from a biological point of view.
The only pokemon I can think off that fall in all these criteria are Psychic types or most pokemon in the Human-like Egg group. Both have humanoidal pokemon, can possible learn human speech (especially Psychic mons) and the sexual maturity comes naturally.
So really, fucking an Arcanine or a Galceon would fall under bestiality, but fucking a Gardevoir or a Alakazam would fall under xenophillia.
