As a Pokemon, it needs to present the ideas it is meant to.

Bewear is very obviously a mascot if you've ever seen one. They look exactly like that. It's also a bear, not a burger, not a weightlifting rhino, not Mickey Mouse, it's a bear that is designed to resemble mascots.
It looks exactly like Kumamon, but with red panda features and a maid head thing. It couldn't be any more obvious.
