I work selling phones and I can tell you it is mostly the opposite way from that. Also we have about four to five times the amount of android users with software issues and the like come back in. Not even an iPhone fan. They are just made to last, and they may be outdated specs, but they work like a charm.

I have an original 3g that still works fine except for the fact that it pretty much can't download any new apps.

I upgraded to a 5 (my sister gave me her old one) and it seems okay I guess, but the battery was fucked and needed to be replaced
