Alright, I'll indulge you:
Elesa because she's a model and probably does parts modeling due to her height being appealing.
Diantha's a close second, being held to a standard of upkeep and all. Not that she particularly cares to
Cynthia's are pretty decent but that just mean she has time to maintain them. She might know some trainers like to stare.
Jasmine, Erika and Brigette are high up there. Erika and Jasmine probably get pedicures together, alternated between tea and mineral treatments. Brigette just has a lot of free time and probably sells pictures online since being a researcher she isn't technically famous like a Gym Leader.
Flannery has underdog quality, because of the effect of soaking up in the hot springs, so the appearance and texture are fine. The smell's kind of iffy, but not particularly offensive. Kind of like chalk or vitamin tablets.
Realistically, Maylene's might be calloused somewhat but I'll indulge those that don't want that say she's the all arounder. Not to soft or hard.
Karen's can get slightly sweaty even with no-shows. They have a nice sheen to them at least.
Mallow's a bit of the same bit she usually walks in natural terrain and is prone walk around barefoot in the grass because she's fond of the texture. This habit influences the smell in a good way.
Lana's are reasonably soft. Slightly more than Maylene's but faint scents of the ocean or sand can be detected.
