My PC is a toaster so if I could play it at normal speed, I'd have an opinion but for now I dropped it at the beginning.
I remember playing one of the beta and it wasn't THAT laggy. I even trained one of the bugs to lv.45 to make it evolve into the legendary bug thing.

Dear god, just played it for a few minutes and it's shit. Ugly as hell, bad music, tryhard edgy story, awful Fakemon, not having all 4 moves visible on screen at once. Literally nothing about this is commendable
