And who even says Pokémon world humans even have periods? I mean Miltank fucking lay eggs, for all we know so do humans. And IRL humans, after all, are the only animals who have periods, so maybe evolutionarily in Pokéworld they just never evolved to have them.
And of course there were two different generic trans NPCs before (I think? Maybe the BW preschool worker was just a transvestite I forget, the one XY Beauty was deffo trans though), so there's that option too.So yeah, periods are a non issue in a fantasy game.
