Anyone else notice how it attacks Aerodactyl exactly after the electric terrain activates? I.e., maybe speed is no longer calculated before moves (and maybe before mega evolutions occur)? Video could've been scripted just to show off the ability, which is likely, but its just a thought.

But it's a form change, not an evolution... so this must not mean literally levelling up, right? What activates the Schooling ability?

It's not damage, since it has full HP when it transforms.

Could it be as retarded as automatically transforming every time it's above, say, level 35? At that point, why not just evolve it?

Raichu is the one who used Electric Terrain so that's impossible. Besides, the video skips from the end of the animation to the start of Raichu's next attack so it would have been faster at that point anyways.
