Is it safe to assume that Team Skull specializes in ghost types because of the sheer amount of ghost Pokemon introduced in this gen?

I'm willing to be Dark/Ghost

Dark type meowths (and possibly ratatta) will probably be their standard filler mons. Ghost types will be more rare and reserved for admins or elites.

Might also use zubats if they're in the region, and I hope that some of the grunts have Duskulls.
