Normal exeggcute, pikachu, and cubone were seen evolving before revealing Alolan Exeggutor, Alolan Raichu and Alolan Marowak. However, all of those are normal pre-evolved stages that evolved into alolan forms so I'd say it's pretty it's pretty safe to assume that there is going to be an Alolan Persian.
