>>27717652All three of them and their alternate forms are strong (1 UU, 4 OU, 1 Uber), and people find them generally annoying to play against. Prankster Thundurus just paralyzes everything, and in VGC swaggers everything. Landorus-T walls your physical attackers with intimidate and just U-turns out of your special attackers, or in doubles just spams Rock Slide and gets flinches. Tornadus-T has good coverage, good utility in Knock Off and U-turn, and is annoying to take down because of Regenerator.
People wouldn't have nearly as much of a problem with them if they had better designs though. There are plenty of other pokemon that are strong and popular in competitive, but at least their designs are OK so people don't get as annoyed by seeing them everywhere.
