PokeaimMD always explains his plays and is a highly skilled player. Downside is he posts a lot of dumb clickbait bullshit, but if you can see past that, his commentaries are excellent and worth subscribing.
MrJamvad is my favorite underrated youtuber, dude builds his own teams and explains explains everything: the current turn, the plays his opponent can make, long-term stuff. No clickbait stuff as far as I can tell.
ThunderBlunder777 isn't as skilled as the above two I feel but he is extremely entertaining and fun. He's still an extremely good player and he explains his plays as well, and his videos are very fun.
I think ItzGator is good but I haven't watched him in a while. Note these are all Smogon players, I don't really know anyone who participates in VGC.
