Also, the next primary series will include Mage/Mech featuring 2 opposing factions, those who using psychic/dark/fairy mons against those who use electric/steel/fighting mons. The starters will NOT be the normal 3 types, instead being 3 double types combining the 2 titular ideas: Fairy/Steel, Dark/Fighting and Psychic/Electric. The player will be on a quest to unite the 2 factions for the good of the lands against a single opposing force.
Finally, the gen will also include a gen 1 like title, but this time taking place 25 years later, including all gen 1 mons and fan favorite mons to celebrate the 25th anniversary.
