Gardenia is fappable and thus never going to be the least memorable.

This is probably the most forgettable for me. A lot of the XY gym leaders were pretty bad in that respect, though oddly their gym designs were generally pretty cool.

Sure, his gym looks better in HGSS, but the GSC incarnation is arguably the absolute worst gym ever. It's hardly any better than the Saffron fighting dojo, and that's not even a gym.

Plus he only has two Pokémon, and neither of them really stand out or are difficult. (Neither are Pokémon introduced in Gen II either, but that's not really important.)
