>They're both performers. The theme wasn't abandoned. And don't you dare bring up clowns. While the theme wasn't abandoned, it's still a pretty big leap to go from performer to siren.
>This is not valid criticismTrue, most pokemon do end up being sexualized REGARDLESS. Nevertheless, when you compare its designs to most pokemon, her design seems awfully reminiscent of, say, Lopunny for example. They're not blatantly sexualized, you could even argue them to make sense according to their species and people can look upon them on a different light, but it definitely won't stop "certain" fans from enjoying these designs even more than other designs due to how suggestive they may look.
>SubjectiveWhile it is subjective, you'd assume that something would be designed with a appropriate color scheme that wouldn't make people object to its due to the choice of colors. Unbelievably enough, I've seen many people complain about its color palette/scheme. It's not as clashing as say, Samurott and it hasn't brought that much controversy, but it still makes some bring that up for debate/discussion.
>We haven't seen the middle form yet. Stop judging things prematurelyThis is a valid complaint, since we've had tragic transformations like Torchic, Froakie and Oshawott, for instance.
>Heart motif>What?I assume he meant its tail? Not sure.
>Sorry that your autism is triggered by this. But regardless, with all the unexpected changes that Sun/Moon brings, there is speculation that starters will work drastically different from previous generationsMaybe, maybe not. In the likeliest chance that it will not (probably due to breeding), most people usually don't tend to care for a pokemon gender and just roll usually with what comes first.
There's a 87.5 percent chance that the starter will most likely be male.
There's a high probability of many people being unspoiled.
Make of that as you will, considering the fact that sirens are female.
