Snorunt, Spinda, Castform, and Glalie have stats that are all 50, 60, 70, and 80 respectively.
Hariyama's stats are just double of Makuhita's.
When Whismur evolves, all its base stats increase by 20, and the exact same thing happened when Loudred evolved, although Exploud did break that with a buff in Gen VI.
I'm sure there is more but those are the ones I remember, Hoenn is absolutely terrible with this shit.
