Might want to bring in teammates that check fairies, psychics and flying types. You could switch maybe Ice Punch with Bullet Punch. But generally, don't just spam Dynamic Punch. Rotate your moves--using Ice Punch or Stone Edge when you're sure you can net the KO instead of Dpunch discourages the AI in bringing in too many flying types as you climb the ladder. Same thing with your other pokemon. I generally use Toxic and Poison Jab from my Milotic and Garchomp respectively so Fairies are discouraged as well.
AV gives Machamp surprising special bulk and punishes Psychics and or Ghosts who think they can KO with Psychic.
