The box legendaries might give you a fight, but Big Green is needed for the plot to progress, and I think that means he's easier to catch

Are you so retarded that you would willing waste your only masterball on a normal legendary that you can just save and reset in front of. Then later fail to catch a random shiny that could self-destruct or run away at any time? Or that extremely rare chance that you stumble on a shiny legendary?

Groudon is normal difficulty to catch, Rayquaza is easy to catch, Deoxys is nearly impossible because you're forced to use Rayquaza
