Just finished ORAS. Is it worth buying Pokemon X/Y or should I just wait until Sun/Moon comes out? I'm not too familiar with Gen 6 Pokemon so getting X/Y would be nice but I heard the game is not so good.

Its fine. I personally prefer XY over ORAS. It has some of the best pokemon variety in the series, but its held back by its terrible story and characters.

Also, i'm currently on my 3rd playthrough of it, I'd say it has the most replayability in the series

The replay-ability is for the variety in Pokemon and teams you can do.
