Rayquaza broke through it without much trouble. Sure it's a 180 BP Dragon Ascent off 180 Attack, but another Pokemon could achieve this.

Rayquaza's canonically one of the strongest Pokemon though. If meteor busting was so easy, Zinnia could have just Dragon Dance'd her Mega Salamence a bunch of times and Helping Handed it.

Octillery and Hypno could use ice beam and Psychic to try it slow it down and a Stab Adaptibility Hyper Beam from Porygon-Z would do some damage while Steelix could try to block it and Mienshao could carry Domino away

I think I can hit it with a solarbeam combo, the ground Pokemon hitting the the debris before it hits the Earth, Slowbro cools off Skyla while she works on her tan
