Then this piercing attempt split open into an abscess, which he insists is a vagina he's growing, because he's a transtrender and believes in new-age shit, having listened to a bunch of tapes he thinks will do magic on him.
As mentioned, he's filthier than a sewer rat, so the chances of this abscess becoming infected is 100%, he was told to go to a doctor, which he obviously didn't, he came back and told people the doctor said: "His new vagina is coming in fine", something none of his facebook friends believed.
Now, when his abscess becomes infected, I see two possibilities, it'll start producing a bunch of puss, which will prompt his deluded mind to make him wear pads, this will stop the pus from coming out and instead stay in the abscess, this will make the infection worse. Alternatively, the abscess splits more and becomes a fistula into his ass, this is an immediate health hazard, and shitting will become insanely painful for him, especially if it leaks out of the fistula, this might actually prompt him to seek medical help, but he's also likely to just try to ignore the problem.
There's a real chance that his shit will finally be the death of him. This is what happens when a severely autistic child is raised by a crazy hoarder who insists there's nothing wrong with him and would never get him the help he needed in his formative years.
