>Wishiwashi's Ability works in a novel way that's sort of a pseudo-evolution meets "Rivalry" style ability. Once it hits a certain level, if the opposing Pokemon is at an equal level of higher it will automatically go into its School Forme at the start of battle. School Forme has busted stats, so it's not a true evolution and only triggers when needed. It changes back only when it gets to 25% HP.
