I know what it is based on, but I'm confused.
Is this supposed to be literally a large group of Wishiwashi all grouped up and simply stylized? Or does this form change literally meld them together and change them temporarily? If so, where do the others come from/go.
Magneton, Dugtrio, Slowbro, etc work in my mind because it's a permanent evolution that adds more, they don't come on go constantly.
Makes no sense, even for this fictional universe.
