Arceus, and really all of the third gen, were when the legendaries kind of went too far for me. Like, I can understand gen 3 with Groudon and Kyogre being so powerful that their moves can change the face of the planet. But Arceus being basically god was just silly to me. That said my favorite legendary is probably either Mewtwo or Zygarde.
