The other day I saw this in a baramon thread, but that's not why I'm posting it. Can we have a thread with "realistic" pokemon anatomy? Doesn't have to be just muscles for fighting types. I've always imagined Bulbasaur to be covered in some sort of slimy substance, like a frog, you know?
