Both are equally shit. There's literally no differences other than color and maybe a few stats.

They're a gimmicky, absolutely shit pair of Pokemon that nobody uses anymore.

Plusle has higher SpAtt.. which does make a difference. Minun has more SpDef.

Minuns Higher SpDef goes to waste, because his SpDef is already too low to benefit from the boost. Either way.. both are going to die in 1 hit. Just go with the one that can do more damage. aka Plusle.
