Of the three Grass/Flying types that exist, only Jumpluff is able to be one shot by Ice Shard. The two that aren't Shaymin-S have the world's worst movepools combined with weather depenant abilities.

Grasswhistle + 100% accuracy ability would probably be one of the ways it might get into OU/ubers though, if it has high speed. Sleep is very powerful, especially if it also has a setup move.
