Training (easy way to have professor give you EXP share, lucky egg, power items and vitamins even)
Capture of Pokemon/Pokeballs in general(easy way for professor to give you apricorns and master ball)
The Box System (how has this always gone to a literally who bill clone)
Forms(Cedric Juniper wasn't even a main professor)
Weather maybe. We've had 2 institutions for it at least.

Something having to do with ghost Pokemon. Or maybe Pokemon mythos.

I'm pretty sure everyone in universe is aware of how they work, so there's not really any reason for this.

Someone that gives you the lore of PokeBalls in general would be better, and they can give you the rarer balls.

Most of these people are colleagues of Bill, so he lets them work on his system in their regions.
