Why does an 85 BP move with a 30% chance to flinch have 90% accuracy? Iron Head always hits and it only has 5 less BP than Icicle Crash with the same chance to flinch. Hell I'd take the reduction in damage to make it an ice-type Iron Head so long as i wasn't gonna fuck up and miss 10% of the time.
