Pokemon exists. If you want to make your own game then make your own game. Pokemon has core concepts that I'm sure all of these shitty rip-offs completely ignore, instead they should figure out their own and build their own game around it. Obviously.
Anyone competent wouldn't bother undertaking such a stupid task so it's at least easy to know how to ignore it. If they made a real game that was in and of itself I might actually play it only t discover it was made by an idiot so in a sense it's good that they created their own containment zone.
