It's a Zygarde 50% though, and going off the episode titles, it's going to be Lysandre's evil Z50 versus a good Z50 formed from Bonnie's Zygarde Core.

There are multiple Zygarde.
Bonnie, one of Ash's companions, has a Zygarde.
And Team Flare also has a Zygarde.
Team Flare made their Zygarde evil, which turned it red.
Bonnie's Zygarde is the one that's still green and is fighting Evilgarde.
