I never got how one could possibly let themselves hoverhand.

I mean you don't see people try to hug with their arms outstretched. You actually have to wrap your arms.

Putting yours arm around a woman is a lesser hug yet they still feel too embarrassed to actually complete it.

Legally speaking, that's actually correct. "Rape" is defined as non-consenting penetration using a penis. Any equivalent act performed by women is classified as "sexual assault" but still carries all the same penalties.

I feel like it's bullshit since one term carries so much more weight in society than the other, but as long as the price is the same I don't think it's something you can justifiedly call immoral.
