It isn't 2004, anymore. It's almost like Google made the internet feel small. Like before, the most random inane shit was just hilarious because people were seeing this crazy shit for the first time. Now everyone's used to seeing crazy shit all the time.
Oddly enough, most people are still as terrible at using photoshop as they always have been. That's stayed constant.
