Can Pokemon not accept fakemon? Like in 1 gen they offer to accept submissions to make 3 fan-based Pokemon or something into the game. Is it a licensing/payment problem, or admitting a lack of ideas? Smash was sort of able to do it with voting for character suggestions. I feel like it'd bring a surge of involvement in for the business and make a lucky fews' dreams come true.
