The only problematic Megas for VGC are M-Sala, and M-Kanga (and I guess the primals and Ray since theyre messing with legends, but thats more due to them being fucking legendaries, not megas or whatever)
For singles, Lucario, Gengar, Kangaskhan, Blaziken, Salamence and Mawile are the only problems.
That's 6/45. Added to that, Mawile's ban was somewhat controversial, and Blaziken's was more or less irrelevant regarding its Mega, its broken alone.
You could argue that the problem ones are the ones that arent broken but still dominating, but welcome to competitive gaming. There will always be pokemon that the meta centers around, and its not even necessarily Megas all the time. This gen actually saw a massive saturation in OU viable pokemon, largely in part due to the presence of Megas. UU is basically just OU#2 as of this generation.
Also considering this was their first try at introducing a new, easily overpowered game mechanic, these results were pretty good.
