Hey /vp/,
I wanted to share a project from /m/, it's a Essentials fangame in the vein of Sage/Clover, with weekly updates, a space opera setting, and built-in Nuzlocke.
Another Anon and I are the main devs; in two weeks we pushed out a tiny playtest as proof of concept. Asset wise, we're ~90% done with Mecha sprites (our fakemon), but hamstrung as far as tilesets go.
The two of us live in the same area, and work on the game pretty often, so there shouldn't be any issues of project decentralization, or devs vanishing, at least with us.
We've also published a design document, as well as our current roster. Suggestions are open on this thread and on /m/. There's also a survey on what sort of artstyle we should use.
Comments and criticism are appreciated, we'd really like to hear what you think.
