I'm rising a Charizard and dunno about the 4th move.
It's an Adamant one with Charizardite-X and Flare Blitz, Dragon Claw and Dragon Dance.
I've discarded Roost because I want 3 attacks Zard, and Earthquake because I already have Heatran counters and my team has more problems dealing with Diancie and Mega Altaria.
I have in mind Steel Wing or Iron Tail but dunno what to pick.
Steel Wing
+90 power with Tough Claws
+90 accuracy; more reliable than Iron Tail
+Can raise my defense
-90 accuracy again (it can miss)
-Less powerful than Iron Tail
-The secondary effect has only a 10% of happening
Iron Tail
+130 power with Tough Claws which is sweet
+Decent 30% of lowering opponent defense
-75% accuracy, which is a huge drawback
-Less reliable than Steel Wing
