Make it super fast, since Santa can go around the world in one night, give it a new ability, one that prevents it from being directly damaged in its first turn out, so it can switch in safely and only be hurt by entry hazards, westher, status moves, etc., with the foe flinching if it attacked, since nobody wants to get on Santa's naughty list, and change how Present works, have it gift the target a copy of Delibird's item, without Delibird using it up.
Now Delibird dominates doubles.
