people complain about this but its nothing compared to what happens in mmos... Take XIV for example. Spent weeks/months on relics, materia etc, more than breeding ever fucking took. Only to have it mean nothing, for it to be achievable in mere hours. For all content to be reduced to baby-tier. At least that was something to whine about, but this? This is hardly a big deal at all. It also reduces the need to cheat (even though itll still happen) by a fuck load.
There was nothing special about having 6 perfect IVs, there hasnt been for 3 fucking
years.In fact they should get rid of the IV system entirely. I can deal with EVs, because it allows different sets etc. But IVs are stupid when every other pokemon is going to be maxed out anyway? There WAS a time where knowing about IVs and EVs was for special snowflakes in the DPPt era, but that's long gone now. Besides, how was having a number advantage even be something to be smug about to begin with? You're giving yourself a handicap, you shouldn't have ever felt good about that.
