First, send in Noctowl against Darkrai. Because of insomnia he can weaken Darkrai a ton before going down.
Second, send in Heracross. Ash actually had the right idea, and a Sleep Talk Megahorn is the best thing to use. because Darkrai is weakened, Megahorn might OHKO. If it doesn't and the surprise is blown, he should withdraw Heracross and save him for later.
Third Pokemon is Snorlax. Whether or not Dark Void is used, Snorlax should be strong enough to finish off Darkrai. Ash should then leave in Snorlax against Latios. Snorlax is also a good match up and should do some damage before being taken down.
Next Heracross should be called back in. STAB Megahorns are the best thing Ash has against a psychic type.
To finish off Latios, the best bet would be Charizard. He can match Latios in the air and use Seismic Toss and non-fire moves to competent.
This way Ash has Pikachu and another powerhouse (like Infernape or Sceptile) in reserve for the rest of Tobias's team. Chance of victory is still low, but this is probably the very best he can do.
